Returns Policy

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be difficult, if you have any queries regarding fit please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Orders can be returned back to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving the order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We do not accept exchanges. You can use your refund to order a different size/colour/product.

Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained and footwear in its original box.

Items deemed unsuitable will not be accepted for return.

All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Sale items are not eligible for return. 

You will need to cover the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a trackable postal service when returning items to us, incase of the unlikely event we do not receive it.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us so please make sure item(s) are packed properly and can not get damaged on the way. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the item/s you are returning.

If your order is faulty or damaged on arrival please email us with photo evidence within 7 days of receiving it and we will contact you.
